Louise is the Administrator Assistant in the BFPC Office - which is probably a euphamism for "dogsbody"! Lou turns her hand to anything and everything and has conquered the mysteries of computers and is taking on the photocopier, after joining the team at the end of the 2009 Summer holidays. Mum to Sammy, Lou is also a leader in Incredibles and has a rapport with people who come into the office, especially those who are in need of practical and loving help.
