Light Parties are happening again on 31st October as an alternative to the Trick’or’Treat activities taking place in Blandford Forum. |
There will be the usual two Light Parties. The parties aim to celebrate the light of the Christian faith, contrasting with the darkness of modern Halloween celebrations. |

“Light Party”......is for the age group in the Reception to Year 2 and will take place from 5.00pm-6.30pm at Blandford Evangelical Church.“Light Burst”......is for those in school years 3 to 6 and will take place at The Corn Exchange in the Market Square from 7.00pm-8.30pm. |

Tickets for all the parties are priced £2.50 and are available from The Parish Office at the back of Blandford Parish Church and Set 4 For Trade in Salisbury Street.
